Lac de Bimont, also known as the "lost lake", is located about 10 kilometers northeast of Aix-en-Provence. With an area of 73 hectares and a maximum depth of 60 meters, this magnificent lake is fed mainly by a tributary of the Verdon canal and by its only tributary, the Cause, which is generally dry for most of the year.
