This French bakery specialising in pastries with a Japanese twist has quickly made a name for itself among gourmets. The talented pastry chefs Satomi and Stanley Chan, who learned their techniques from some of the world's top culinary masters, own and operate the shop with acclaimed chef Joël Robuchon.
