The only fine-dining restaurant located in St. Mark’s Square, Ristorante Quadri 🍽️ is operated by the Alajmo family restaurant group 🇮🇹. The restaurant was restored in early 2018 by Philippe Starck and selected Venetian artisans 👷♂️🎨, bringing back the original splendour of the space. The menu, created by chef Max Alajmo 👨🍳 and carried out by executive chef Silvio Giavedoni and his sous chef Sergio Preziosa, highlights contemporary interpretations of traditional Venetian and Italian dishes 🍝 made with ingredients sourced directly from the Venetian lagoon 🌊. Guests can choose between three tasting menus - Max, Raf, and 4 Atti 📜 - as well as à la carte options 🍴.
