MoMix stands for Molecular Mixology. An innovative bar project has been importing science into bartending since 2012. The new era sicne 2021 is being characterized by an outstanding designed building with rooftop and Acropolis view. The new location is closed to metro station Kerameikos. Modern techniques such us spherification, carbonation, foaming and many other are being used resulting a tasteful experience.
